I have no love for Alec Baldwin. Remember, he is the daddy who called his little girl a pig to her face. But he said something about Sarah Palin recently regarding her palm notes that makes me wonder if he is on to something. BTW, I respect Palin and think she has a lot to offer the conservative cause.
Baldwin thinks Palin deliberately put those scribbles on the palm of her hand to project the image that she is just plain folk like the rest of us.
I think he may be right that this was calculated on her part. However, if true I think she may have known that she would be attacked because of the palm notes which would in turn make her attackers look ridiculous and make her look like a victim. That is political savvy.
