The road ahead
Yes I can see
But just too yonder tree.
The road ahead
I now can see
Just to the bend of the road, I see.
The road ahead
Yes, I can see to the field over there
I still can see.
The road ahead
Is steep down this hill
I can see just a little today.
The road ahead
I can see it leads up yonder grade.
I can only see that little today
The road ahead
The is night is coming
I cannot see!
The road ahead?
I know not where it has gone?
I have place my hand in He who has gone before!
Yes I can see
But just too yonder tree.
The road ahead
I now can see
Just to the bend of the road, I see.
The road ahead
Yes, I can see to the field over there
I still can see.
The road ahead
Is steep down this hill
I can see just a little today.
The road ahead
I can see it leads up yonder grade.
I can only see that little today
The road ahead
The is night is coming
I cannot see!
The road ahead?
I know not where it has gone?
I have place my hand in He who has gone before!
Just something to ponder to day;

Very nice, Mervi.
Thank you Helen for your kindness. I do enjoy writing. It just never seems to come to the quality I would like.

I like it Mervi. Perhaps it is best that we don't "see" all the way down the road. It might make us want to turn back, take a detour, or just stop dead in our tracks.

With the things that I have found around the bend of lifes road. The drop dead part would most likly be the truth.
Thanks for stopping by.

Just catching up on "bloggville", seems I'm catching up on sickness lately. Oh well, this too shall pass.
Good post, if it wasn't for His Hand, how could we walk?
I have found his out streched hand so many times.
